Laura Worline

Director

Laura is skilled in workforce innovation, pipeline creation, and capacity building.

Laura leads rural and economic development initiatives nationwide, building cross-sector partnerships that connect education, workforce, and industry to expand equitable career pathways. She has designed and executed high-impact pilot programs supporting BIPOC students, ALICE populations, returning citizens, and noncustodial parents, with several efforts recognized and modeled by the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, and the Michigan Legislature.

Her work includes launching Michigan’s first expungement program, co-leading the state’s largest expungement fair, and embedding student success and holistic coaching models into Division I and other university systems.

Laura brings a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, pipeline design, and turning strategy into scalable, community-centered systems.
