As a recent graduate from Rice University, Kate has had the opportunity to work with think tanks including the Kinder Institute for Urban Research, The Texas Policy Lab, and the Baker Institute for Public Policy. In these roles, Kate has refined her skills in program development, policy evaluation, and data visualization.
