Steady State Impact was engaged by the Pugh Family Foundation to support transformative initiatives within the Lafayette Parish School System (LPSS). Our work focuses on advancing the Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) model, which allocates $4.5M to ensure high-need students have access to effective educators and leaders. By addressing systemic inequities in teacher effectiveness data, the ACE model fosters academic, social, and emotional growth for students while creating a supportive environment for educators and families. Additionally, we provide technical assistance for innovative educator preparation programs, such as paid residencies and Grow Your Own pipelines, to strengthen the future teacher workforce in Louisiana.
