Natalie brings experience in education systems, research and analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular background working in rural schools and underserved communities.

Before joining Steady State Impact, Natalie was an Education Pioneers Fellow supporting education research and statewide policy implementation across Texas. Her work included school improvement analysis, studying regional education support systems, and translating complex data and findings into recommendations for education leaders and partners.

Natalie began her career in a small rural K–12 district in Colorado, where her roles spanned classroom teaching, curriculum design and implementation, district leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. Her work included grant development and management, strengthening instructional and student support systems, and contributing to long-term organizational planning. Alongside her district work, she has also facilitated professional learning for educators nationally. These experiences shaped her interest in helping schools and organizations develop approaches that are effective in practice, responsive to local needs and context, and sustainable over time.

Natalie values strong relationships and collaboration and is especially passionate about helping organizations build thoughtful systems that expand opportunities for students and communities.
