Garrett has more than 20 years of experience leading macro-level systems change within large public entities and the nonprofit sector in Texas and across the United States.  

Garrett Landry is the Founder and CEO of Steady State Impact, a national consulting firm that partners with public sector, education, nonprofit, and workforce organizations to drive systems-level transformation, operational effectiveness, and measurable impact. The firm specializes in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, talent and compensation systems, implementation support, governance, and large-scale change management, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for students, families, and communities.

Garrett has more than 20 years of experience leading macro-level systems change within large public entities and the nonprofit sector in Texas and across the United States. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside C-level state agency leaders, school district superintendents, and business and nonprofit executives to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive measurable improvement in complex systems. His work is grounded in ensuring that bold and ambitious goals are not only envisioned, but tactfully executed in ways that achieve lasting and meaningful results.

Having served as a key member of leadership teams focused on transforming large-scale systems, while also leading and scaling statewide initiatives as a third-party provider to local and state agencies, Garrett brings a uniquely balanced perspective to his work. He possesses a deep understanding of both the internal organizational dynamics and external stakeholder conditions necessary to successfully design, implement, and continuously improve high-impact strategies and initiatives.
