The Valley Rural Collaborative (VRC) is a workforce-aligned regional partnership between two local rural schools, designed to strengthen local economies by aligning rural education systems with high-demand career pathways. Steady State supports the VRC by serving as a strategic and technical assistance partner, helping districts move beyond isolated programming toward a shared, regional talent development model that responds directly to employers and industry needs.
