Children’s Collaborative for Healing and Support
Utah, Dallas County, Memphis, TN, and Maryland
Steady State is the backbone data and project management firm for CCHS and conducts all landscape analyses, gap analyses, and cost of inaction reports regarding youth bereavement supports (including federal, state, and local benefit programs), developing the foundation for CCHS’s work in the State of Utah and Dallas County. The Children’s Collaborative for Healing and Support – formerly known as the Hidden Pain Initiative – began its initial phase of work focused on raising awareness and mobilizing a coalition of bereavement and youth support partners to address the overwhelming number of families that lost a parent to COVID-19. Over the past year, the Children’s Collaborative for Healing and Support has built a coalition of leading experts to engage with federal, state, and local leaders nationwide to support these grieving children and families.
