Higher expectation is a part of the Strive Together Network (Commit Partnership included) - all founded by Gates, Bloomberg, Blue Meridian ($150M). Assisted in strategic plan creation (Racine Unified) and have continued implementation work. Led Racine County, in partnership with the City of Racine, United Way of Racine County, and Higher Expectations for Racine County, through a human-centered design sprint, resulting in the development of a strategic literacy plan and prototype design for holistic community early literacy programming.

Prototypes designed included a multi-tiered engagement plan across student, family, and industry, business incentive strategies, and a county-wide marketing campaign: Racine Reads.
